Kelly provides consulting services for design and installation of PV (solar electric) and other renewable services.

Experience includes 18 years as an electrical contractor designing and installing renewable energy systems, and 24 years teaching classes in photovoltaics and energy, and 5 years reviewing designs, inspecting, troubleshooting, and commissioning commercial and utility scale PV systems.
